Thanks for taking the time to write. I feel for you. I took a big leap, quite a long time ago now, to stop doing what wasn’t making me happy. I remember how hard it is…but I’ve never looked back.

There are lots of my followers who have various food intolerances. I hope my recipes and my writing help.

I was just looking to find out how to enhance my breakfast oats, but it feels like I was led to read your text about the 50 teachings. What a gift your words are! Although I’m neapolitan, i have not been passionate about cooking and an acquired lactose- and gluten-intolerance have not helped. Your work inspires me to try out making new recipes!
