Look for organic grains. Where you buy them from depends on where you live. Most territories have a local grain mill and there are also national ones available in the U.S. and the U.K. who can ship to you. Which grains you buy depends on what you want to make and what you like the flavour of. I buy my breads from a local mom and pop bakery and love breads using ancient grains. I’m now retired and have an interest in baking as a hobby using different types of grain.
