At 73, and still in search of a way to live to be 140, with the option to extend, I am forever in search of the food sources that will support my goal, before my doctors kill me with their pharmaceutical products! None of my doctors have ever talked to me about how to eat to be healthy. My sister is a dietitian, and she is no help either. Bummer. Thank God for the internet, and people like yourself, who is/are educating me about prebiotic, prebiotic, collagen, and the list goes on. I am a heart patient with a lot of arterial plaque. what caused it and what can I do to stop the formation or even reverse it!! I have two stents and a double bypass. The doctors only offer me more drugs. I am now almost an organic eating carnivore. Maybe more Keto than carnivore, but somewhere in this range. But, as good as I think this is, there is still so much more I need to know to optimize my health. Even when to eat and at what temperature! I make my own sauerkaut. Today I learned that I should eat it first thing in the morning, 30 minutes before a meal to avoid the acid! Then eat the prebiotics 15 minutes after the probiotic, the sauerkaut. Plus, no hot foods or liquid, or acid, while the probiotic are still in stomach. WHO KNEW THEY NEEDED A HEAD START! Loved your information. Thanks for sharing!! You are appreciated!
