Thanks Jamie! I asked Andrea and here’s her response:

“Hmm trying to remember if I said I did or did not know someone who wouldn’t induce, as far as I know everyone licensed in WA would induce at 42w since it’s a regulation here. But she could reach out to Special Delivery Co, (425) 339-3737, in Arlington! They have a birth center and also attend home births. They are not attached to a hospital.”

I just recently found your podcast, and I have found such inspiration from all that you share! Thank you! I really enjoyed listening to the recent episode where you both shared your birth stories. My husband and I live in Washington state, and we hope to have a home birth. I think I remember Andrea mentioned knowing of some midwives who would not induce at 42 weeks in Washington. Would you be willing to share maybe about midwives in Washington that you’ve heard great things like this about?
